The numbering is strictly the same as in the era, we are the only site in the world to offer this service. The font and color, or colors, of the number are perfectly the same as those of the past. We apply the names with a standard font on all products up to the 1993/94 season. On the shirts starting from the 1994/95 season we apply the names in the same font and color, or colors, as in the era. The numbers and names can be applied, at the customer’s choice, in two types of material: vinyl, plasticized type, or flock, felt type, with an effect similar to cotton fabric. - SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping the same working day if the order is placed before 2 pm. Shipping the next working day if the order is placed after 2 pm. Shipping the next working day if the order contains at least one product to be customized. If the order contains at least one pre-order product, it will be shipped in a single solution when the product with the longest waiting times becomes available again. - DELIVERY TIMES
In Italy and Europe delivery is in 1/2 working days with express courier, in 3/4 working days with standard courier, in 5/6 working days with economy courier. In the rest of the World delivery is in 3/6 working days with express courier, in 7/10 working days with standard courier. If the order contains at least one pre-order product, the waiting time for the product must be added to the delivery times. - SHIPPING COSTS
Italy from €, EU from 11 €, Europe from 14 €, Rest of the World from 20 €. Free shipping from 100 € in Italy, from 150 € in the EU, from 200 € in Europe, from 250 € in the Rest of the World. Shipping costs and thresholds for free shipping depend on the destination. - REPLACEMENT & RETURN
The deadline for an replacement or return is 90 days from the day the order is received. Products customized with a number and/or name cannot be replaced or returned. Shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a replacement, we will ship the new product free of charge.
