• Are the products original? Yes, all products are officially licensed, newly produced merchandise.
• Are the product photos real? Yes, the images correspond to the official product you will receive.
• If a product isn’t on the site, can I order it anyway? No, the online catalogue is complete: anything not shown on the site is not available.
• How do I choose my size? Sizes are the manufacturer’s standard. Measure a similar item that fits you well and compare the measurements with the size guide on each product page.
• How are the shirts personalised? Personalisation is faithful to the original era, in the original font and colours. You can choose between two materials: vinyl (plasticised finish) or flock (felt-like effect, similar to fabric).
• Where do you ship? We ship worldwide. For non-EU orders, any customs duties and import taxes may be requested by local customs and are payable by the recipient. Orders are shipped from our premises in Italy; all products pass through our warehouse — no dropshipping or marketplaces.
• How do I place an order? Orders are placed only through the site, completing the entire procedure. Requests by email or phone do not count as an order and do not reserve the products.
• When will my order be shipped? After selecting the size, banners appear showing availability and estimated delivery times. If an order contains several products with different delivery times, it is shipped in a single delivery once the item with the longest waiting time is restocked.
• How do I track my shipment? On the shipping day you will receive the tracking code by email directly from the courier.
• The product is sold out, what can I do? For unavailable products you can join the waiting list by selecting the size you want: we will contact you when it is back in stock. Restocking times depend on the manufacturers.
• I can’t see one or more sizes on a product, can they be restocked? No, if one or more sizes don’t appear, that product is out of catalogue and they are no longer available.
• Can I replace/return a non-personalised product? Yes, within the terms of law, provided it has its tag and intact packaging.
• Can I replace/return a personalised shirt? No. Products with a number and/or name cannot be exchanged or returned. Please check your size carefully before ordering.
• How do I pay? We accept over 40 payment methods, including cards, wallets, bank transfers and local payments: see the dedicated section.
• Can I pay cash on delivery? No.
• Can I modify or cancel an order already placed? Yes, if it has not yet been shipped or if it contains a product to be personalised that we have not yet worked on.
• I haven’t received any confirmation email, did my order go through? Yes, first check your spam folder, make sure you entered the correct email address and that your mailbox is not full.

• Do you buy original vintage shirts? No, we do not buy used or original shirts. We deal exclusively in officially licensed, newly produced retro merchandise.
• Do you sell wholesale/B2B? No, we sell only retail to private customers. We do not sell to other shops; we do sell to companies organising events, films and exhibitions or anything other than resale.
• Do you issue an invoice? Yes, enter your company details in the additional notes on the checkout page.
• Do I receive a purchase document with my order? Yes, you receive the order copy by email with the full purchase summary, valid as a commercial document.
• Which site did I order from? Check your confirmation email: it shows the shop’s name. If it doesn’t say vintagefootballclub.com, the order isn’t ours and was placed on another site; for that order you need to contact the shop where you actually bought it.
