SHIPPING COSTS

By selling valuable products we ship only with reliable couriers and we ensure the goods so our Customers are sure not to have any kind of problem, for this reason we do not turn to cheap and poor quality shippers, or postal system, with the risk of delays or loss of packages
Our service includes insurance, tracking via sms and e-mail, at least two delivery attempts, telephone call, the possibility of to demand the delivery at a collection point or in storage, assistance and help to the Customer in case of any problem
Shipping costs are displayed automatically during the shopping process in the cart after entering the complete address
The dispatch is made in the times described in the detail of each product and must be added those for delivery highlighted on this page
Free shipping will be sent with standard service
The tracking number is sent by e-mail on the day of dispatch
Internal logistics service owned by us, all products leave directly from our headquarter in Alessandria, Italy, to guarantee a professional and quickly service; for these reasons we do not carry out drop shipping, sales through marketplaces and we do not rely on external logistics services

DELIVERY INFORMATIONS

The signature on delivery is mandatory, it is preferable to leave us an address where there is always someone to collect the order, even at work
It is not possible to change delivery address after departure of order, the cost of the change of address will be charged to the Customer
Outside the European Union customs may require import taxes that are charged to the customer, check the costs with your local custom office
Delivery times are indicative and not binding, due to force majeure or to locations difficult to reach may be slightly delayed

Shipping times are estimated for all orders containing only available products
The shipment is made immediately if the order arrives before 14:00 (italian time)
If the order is placed after 14:00 it will be shipped the next working day after the purchase
If the order contains at least one product to be customized with number and/or name it will be shipped the next working day
If the order contains at least one product on pre-order the shipping times shown must be added to the arrival times of the item
Orders with pre-order products are shipped when the item with the longest waiting times is back in stock
We do not make 2 shipments for a single order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer
The shipping times of pre-order products are highlighted in the detail of each item by choosing the size
The tracking will be sent to you by e-mail when the order is entrusted to the courier

The shipment will be delivered to the collection point closest to the address indicated, you will be notified of its arrival and you can collect it at your convenience
The service is not available for all locations, collection points may be too far away or unavailable. If you have chosen delivery to a collection point and this is not available, the shipment will be delivered to the address indicated in the order form
