In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 28 of 28 May 2012, this website informs visitors about its COOKIES POLICY, by way of banners on each page of the website. You can accept or refuse the use of cookies.

Products can only be purchased on-line using the automated procedures at www.vintagefootballclub.com. Purchases attempted through other channels will not be accepted. There are no limits to the number of items similar or different that can be bought. In case of articles no longer in production or offers, the number of items will depend on the availability of products. The contractual obligation between Vintage Football Club ® and you will cease to exist when the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal or return expires. Vintage Football Club ® will send you a confirmation e-mail whenever an order is received and accepted. Vintage Football Club ® the right to refuse orders from customers with whom it has previously had litigations and/or disputes. This will be notified via e-mail to interested parties. If, for any reason, a product is no longer available in our store, Vintage Football Club ® will notify it as soon as possible on its website. If you purchase an item that is still in our on-line store but that our supplier is no longer producing, Vintage Football Club ® will replace it with another one you or refund the price you paid.  The photographs and texts that illustrate our products are not part of the agreement and will not be binding.

Prices are in Euros (€) and include taxes where due. Any import customs duties for countries outside the European Union will be paid by the Customer. If you do not reside in the EU, please inquire at the customs office of your country. The price for each product is the one shown in our store at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are not included and will be charged to the Customer. Shipping costs are displayed at the time of payment of the order and will then be added to the cost of the purchased items. The final amount payable by the Customer will include: product price including VAT where due or excluding VAT where not due, and shipping costs. Available payment methods are: credit and debit cards, Paypal, Satispay, Wallet and online transfers when ordering or bank transfer to the account number provided after the order confirmation. For payments with credit and debit cards Vintage Football Club ® uses MultiSafepay and Stripe gateways. At the time of payment, Customer’s credit card information is entered directly on these protected payment platforms and Vintage Football Club ® will not receive such information. The same applies to Paypal, where our customers can make the payment from their personal Paypal account or pay as a guest without an account using their  credit or debit card. For payments by bank transfer, please contact your bank to verify transaction costs.

Dispatch times for each product are actual as the availability on the website is always updated in real time, with rare exceptions that will be immediately notified to the customer right after the order. If products are in stock, they will be shipped within 24/48 hours from the time of the order. The products on backorder and in pre-order will be sent in the times stated in the detail of each article. Delivery times depend on destination and shipment method. If a customer order more than one product and even only one is not in stock, as in backorder or for an error of stock in the website, we reserve the right to ship the purchased products only once, as soon as those not in stock are delivered by our suppliers. Therefore, the order will be shipped when the product having longer shipping time come back in stock. Delivery is made by express courier or registered mail, depending on the destination of the goods. The place of delivery is the one you have specified when placing the order. Deliveries will not be made to post office boxes. At the time of dispatch, Vintage Football Club ® will send you an e-mail with the shipment number, informing that the products you ordered are being delivered. For any shipment requiring a signature on delivery, the shipping agent will not leave the order to the destination address without a a signature. While fulfilling the obligations arising from this agreement, Vintage Football Club ® will not be responsible for any delay or damage, when the cause of such delay or damage is force majeure. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and will be indicated separately during the completion of the order online.

Shipping costs vary depending on the quantities you have ordered and type of shipment you require and on the destination. In any case, before entering your payment information you will be able to choose the shipping method and view the total amount to be paid including the cost of the goods and SHIPPING COSTS. The prices shown in detail for each product do not include shipping costs.

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999, you may exercise the right of withdrawal by submitting a request from our RETURN FORM where you will be asked to enter the order number and the reason for withdrawal. You will then have to ship the goods from the original delivery address within the term of 90 (ninety) working days from receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the natural persons who purchased the products in our store, for purposes other than professional activity involving retail resale or sale to third parties of clothing and accessories. Products must be returned to our address intact, in their original packaging, with the original labels still in place and without having been used, damaged, soiled or washed. Products must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt of the order that was received by e-mail at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to reject goods should at least one of these requirements be lacking. Return costs will be paid by the customer. Vintage Football Club ® will refund the price of returned products, excluding shipping costs, within 24 hours from receipt of goods. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Return shipment must be done strictly by forwarding agent or traceable post. The right of withdrawal will not apply to customized products.

In accordance with Legislative Decree of May 22, 1999 No. 185, you may ask to exchange the goods if defects or damage are found on the purchased product or if the size of the product is wrong. To request an exchange, you must start the procedure by sending a request from our REPLACEMENT FORM with the order number and the reason for the exchange request. You should then ship the goods to the address provided by us, within 90 (ninety) working days from the receipt of the order. You should return the products by sending them to our address intact, in their original packaging, with the original labels not removed, without having been used, damaged, soiled or washed and accompanied by the receipt received by e-mail at the time of purchase. Vintage Football Club ® reserves the right to reject the request for exchange if when checking the defect it finds that there is no reason or finds out it has been tampered by the Customer or that any requirement for exchange is lacking. Return costs will be charged to the customer. If the exchange request is accepted, Vintage Football Club ® will replace the product and send it to the Customer at his own expense. Only after receiving the goods, Vintage Football Club ® will send the replacement product. If the customer receives an unordered product by mistake or a wrong size, goods can be returned to Vintage Football Club ® and the cost incurred for shipping will be refunded. Bespoke products cancel the right of replacement.

Vintage Football Club ® has the right to terminate the agreement with the customer by notice with the reason for such termination, in which case it will return to the customer any amounts already paid. Any Customer’s right to any kind of compensation for damage, any indemnity and any kind of responsibility for direct or indirect damages to people caused by the non-acceptance of an order or the termination of the agreement is hereby expressly excluded. Moreover, the Customer has the right to terminate this agreement and request the refund of the amounts paid, only if Vintage Football Club ® fails to deliver orders within 30 days starting from the day after the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed or delivery time expressly specified on the website. For some products, delivery times may exceed the limit of 30 days. Vintage Football Club ® undertakes to correctly complete the sale, with the prior consent of the Customer, informing him of such delay. If the Customer has completed an order and paid within 24 hours he can request and obtain the cancellation of the order and the refund of the payment in case of availability error and shipping times specified in the detail of a product. Pursuant to European and Italian legislation, in relation to online retail sales, which involve the shipment of the goods by third parties, the place of completion of the contract and the place of sale are considered to be in the territory in which the our company, therefore Italy. Please note that the Vintage Football Club ® company is based only in Italy, it only sells at retail, therefore the turnover and sales are considered only in Italy and have no commercial effects abroad.

Trademarks, logos, photographs and other distinctive signs on the website belong to their respective owners. The photos of the products are owned by their respective manufacturers first marketers while the photographs of sporting events of the past are simple shots that are all more than 20 years old and are used only for non-profit encyclopedic purposes. Vintage Football Club ® is a deposited trademark on the UIBM in Italy and with international registration priority, therefore it is forbidden to use trademarks, logos, photographs and other distinctive signs, including reproduction on the Internet and offline, by unauthorized third parties. The contents of the website are protected by copyright. Any violation will be prosecuted according to the law in force.

The agreement and conditions of sale are written in Italian, English, French and Spanish. In case of non-conformity in the translation, the Italian version will prevail.

The contract with our customers is governed in accordance with EU and Italian laws. For disputes arising the contract with our customers the competent court is that of the Customer’s residence or domicile if he is a final consumer. In all other cases, of civil and commercial matters, not having Vintage Football Club ® such effects, headquarters and stores abroad, pursuant to article 24 of EU Regulation 1215/2012 on jurisdiction, point 19 of the EU Directive 2000/31 on electronic commerce and article 32 of EU Directive 2006/112 on VAT, the Court of Alessandria in Italy, or the exclusive Court of competence on the matter in Italy, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
