Active only during Black Week until December 1st, 2025, midnight (GMT+1)

LOYALTY DISCOUNT (permanent)

Always active for all registered Customers who have spent at least 500 €

1. Account registration is not mandatory but recommended: the site proposes the discount automatically visible in the cart and at checkout
2. If you don’t have a registered account, the system stores your email address, it is advisable to always purchase with the same email
3. All Customers who have already purchased one or more times in our online store are entitled to the loyalty discount
4. Discounts are permanent on all orders of any amount, starting from 5% and reaching the maximum level of 25%, shipping costs excluded
5. If you purchased before registering an account or, despite having one, you bought without logging into your profile, you can request that orders made without registration be loaded into your history so that you can benefit from the correct loyalty discount
6. The loyalty discount is always active and is calculated based on the total amount of all orders placed since January 1st, 2019

Loyalty Discount Tiers:

• total purchases from 500 € → 5% permanent discount
• total purchases from 1000 € → 10% permanent discount
• total purchases from 2000 € → 15% permanent discount
• total purchases from 4000 € → 20% permanent discount
• total purchases from 8000 € → 25% permanent discount
