- CUSTOMIZATION
- The numbering is strictly the same as at the era, we are the only store in the world to offer this service in a complete way on all products in the catalog
- Every jersey has its own specific customization, as in the past
- The font and color, or colors, of the number are perfectly the same as those of the past
- We apply the names with a standard font on all products up to the 1993/94 season and on the shirts of the Captain Tsubasa series
- On the shirts starting from the 1994/95 season we apply the names in the same font and color, or colors, of the era
- The numbers and names can be applied, at your choice, in two types of material: in vinyl, plasticized type, or in flock, felt type, with an effect similar to fabric
- Customized products with number and/or name cannot be replaced or returned, carefully check the size guide

- In Italy and Europe, delivery is in 1/2 working days with express courier, in 3/4 working days with standard courier, in 5/6 working days with economy courier
- In the rest of the world, delivery is in 3/6 working days with express courier, in 7/12 working days with standard courier
- If the order contains at least one product to be customized, at least 1 working day must be added to the delivery times
- If the order contains at least one pre-order product (on order), the waiting times for the product must be added to the delivery times
- The order summary indicates the estimated delivery date of the complete order, which for reasons beyond our control could occur in the following days
- RATES
- Shipping costs and the free shipping threshold are indicated, with extreme precision, in the cart and on the payment page
- Shipping costs are in real time and depend on what our company pays to the couriers for each transport including insurance and packaging
- Rates vary depending on the destination country, the weight of the products and whether the delivery area is difficult, extended or remote

- The shipment of the product in replacement may be delayed if the item is not immediately available in stock at our headquarters
- In the event of a request to replace a product with manufacturing defects or incorrect customization, we will send our courier to collect the product free of charge, unless otherwise agreed with the customer

- Customized products with a number and/or name cannot be returned

- In the event of a return, we will refund the entire amount spent on the initial order; the refund, after checking the goods returned, is carried out on the same day of receipt at our headquarters
