The time limit for shipping for an replacement or return is 90 days from the day the order is received. Products customized with number and/or name cannot be replaced or returned. Shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer. In case of replacement we will ship the new product free of charge. In the event of an replacement or return of a product that is found to be defective, the return costs are free. In the event of a return, we will issue a partial refund if you return part of the order; full refund if you return the complete order.
